Because we only sell digital licenses, you don’t pay for expensive packaging, CDs, manuals, or logistics. Instead, you receive:

❓ Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, account creation is optional — you can check out as a guest.
However, we recommend creating an account so you can:

  • Track your order history

  • Access previous license keys

  • Enjoy faster checkout on future purchases

❓ How do I purchase a product?

  1. Browse our shop and click Add to Cart on your desired product.

  2. Click the cart icon on the top right and proceed to Checkout.

  3. Fill in your information and select your preferred payment method.

  4. Complete the payment and receive your key in your email within minutes.


❓ Can I buy in bulk?

Yes! You can purchase up to 5 keys per product per day for instant delivery. For orders above 5, allow us up to a few hours to fulfill it. For more than 10 keys, delivery can take up to 12 hours.

Please email us in advance if you're planning a bulk order so we can prepare your licenses ahead of time.


❓ What if I face an issue with the product I bought?

No worries — simply contact us at support@softwaremate.com.au. Our friendly support team is here to resolve any issue related to activation, installation, or key delivery.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • Local payments (eSewa/Khalti for Nepali buyers)

❓ When will I receive my product?

If you pay via PayPal, Stripe, or card, you’ll usually receive your license key and instructions within 5–15 minutes. For bank transfers, send a screenshot of your payment to support@softwaremate.com.au for manual verification.


❓ I need a USB installer. Can you provide one?

Yes. Though we promote digital delivery, we understand some users have slow internet or no OS installed. You can add a USB installer (16GB) to your order for a small fee.

The USB will contain the bootable installation file for Windows or Office and can be reused later.


❓ I didn’t receive all the product keys I ordered?

For large orders (over 5 licenses per product), please allow a buffer of up to 12 hours. If it’s been longer, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist immediately.


🔄 REFUNDS & RETURNS

❓ Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available only if:

  • The license key doesn’t work and

  • Our team cannot resolve the issue

📌 Note: Most activation issues occur due to invisible characters or formatting errors when copying and pasting the key. Always double-check the formatting.


❓ I purchased the wrong product — what should I do?

If your key hasn’t been sent, we can cancel the order and issue a refund.
If the key has already been delivered, we cannot refund or exchange as it becomes non-resellable.

Please make sure you choose the right product before confirming your order.


❓ My USB installer is not working. What now?

Let us know! If the issue is due to:

  • Corrupted files, or

  • A faulty USB drive

...we will ship a replacement free of charge.

However, please ensure your PC supports UEFI booting and meets the minimum system requirements. System incompatibility is not covered by our technical support.
